Relationship and Account Support

    • Requires executive support and involvement throughout the program to ensure the success and adoption of the project
    • Your Sales Leader from Stratalinx will need to have candid discussions on the business, goals and overall landscape of the business
    • Collaboration on messaging and success metrics
    • Sizing of the project and determination of priorities and budget will be determined during the pre-program Executive/Sales Leader conversations

Financial

    • Develop a program with the executive team, offer opinions and options, then determine and build the program and the priorities of the program
    • A total budget will be determined and agreed upon
    • The program will likely be a six-month minimum commitment at a predictable, flat-monthly fee or prepaid –  combined with success incentives – that incorporates all elements as agreed upon
